Working at VBP
VBP offers a very casual work environment right near the airport in downtown Glen Burnie. While we're focused on creating awesome designs and balancing financial statements, it doesn't mean we can't have a little fun at the same time.

A great office environment
Instead of cramped office cubicles, our offices are in an open area style with amazing views of the skyline visible from every office, a decked out kitchen, air hockey table, a miniature golf range, dartboard and plenty of space for everyone. We've invested heavily in creating the nicest work environment possible, including a stocked fridge with plenty of free soft drinks and snacks, which you can work off on the office air hockey table.
Great company outings
We organize events throughout the year, both in the office and out. We plan events like golf days, ten pin bowling, and a cool drink at many of the fine local establishments (um, pubs). Afterhours, we open our office up to events like our annual Anniversary Gala and Hawaiian Luau. We've also been known to pack up our things and catch a plane to a new destination of fun.
Great people to work with
We have a very close-nit team of people on our team. We are a family. We work hard, we play hard. Sometimes we argue, sometimes we disagree but in the end, we respect each other for the contribution we each bring to the team.
Flexible working hours
9 to 5 isn't a hard and fast rule at VBP, as long as you get the job done well. We rarely do overtime and almost never work weekends.
