This model is just like model 5 with the addition of an allocation center for facilities.This indirect rate model is, very simply, a combination of Model 8 and Model 9.

This supports those contractors that require both a client-site overhead and a subcontract/material handling overhead as a result of the composition of their various contracts and a facilities pool which is an allocation center to allocate facilities costs to the other cost pools.
